The Cedarville University Lady Jackets kept the winning streak alive by defeating the visiting Hillsdale Chargers 83-63 Thursday night at the Callan Athletic Center. The win was the Jackets' eighth straight, taking them to 8-1 and keeping them at the top of the G-MAC standings. Cedarville was rolling off of the momentum from their solid road victory over Kentucky Wesleyan that snapped the Panthers’ 37 home game winning streak.

Cedarville added a fourth win to their streak with a 87-58 win over Malone University. It was their second back-to-back win over the Pioneers as the Jackets defeated them on Saturday 87-78. Cedarville is currently ranked third in the G-MAC, while Malone is seventh.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets won their second game in a row on Wednesday night, overcoming Ursuline 85-75. This improves their record to 2-1 on the season, following a win against Findlay on December 5th. Ursuline falls to 0-2 on the season.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets opened the unprecedented 2020 season with a close loss to Ohio Dominican, 95-92. It was neck and neck throughout the game, the outcome not clear until the final buzzer. The NCCAA announced yesterday that it has canceled its women's basketball national tournament. The tournament, that was supposed to take place next week, included the Cedarville Lady Jackets.

Cedarville University tonight announced the NCCAA Midwest Regional Tournament it is hosting tomorrow (and Thursday if necessary) will be played without fans in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
