The Cedarville Lady Jackets finished their six-game homestand with an 89-78 win over Kentucky Wesleyan, handing the Panthers their first G-MAC loss of the season. It was a game of teamwork, pressure and tough, gritty play. Cedarville’s experience was a huge advantage, as the Panthers have a very young team with only one junior and no seniors. The Cedarville Yellow Jackets (5-4, 3-1 G-MAC) toppled the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers on Saturday evening, 76-59. The Yellow Jackets used a second-half surge to pull away, shooting 51 percent and scoring 48 points from the field in the final 20 minutes.

The Cedarville Yellow Jackets (4-4, 2-1 G-MAC) poured it on the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans on Thursday night, winning in a 94-64 blowout. Five players reached double figures for the Yellow Jackets in a complete dismantling of the Trojans.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets (6-1, 3-0 G-MAC) fought off the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans 79-65 on Thursday night. While Cedarville won the game handily, the Lady Jackets failed to dominate against a one-win team.

That’s how head coach Kari Hoffman described Saturday afternoon’s battle between Cedarville and Findlay that ended 74-70 in favor of the Jackets. The Cedarville Yellow Jackets were defeated by the Hillsdale Chargers 74-66 Thursday evening in Cedarville's first conference game of the season.. The Jackets drop to 0-1 in the G-MAC, but there were some silver-linings to take away.
