As the soccer season draws to a close, the focus shifts onto the next challenge: the postseason. For the Cedarville men, the future is bright.
The Yellow Jackets head into the last four games of the season with a record of 9-2-6 and 6-2-5 in conference play. The 2019 Cedarville women’s soccer regular season is winding down, which means the excitement for the postseason tournament is growing. At the time this article was written, the team was 11-5 overall and 10-2 in the G-MAC. They are in second place in the G-MAC, which allows them to host their first tournament game. Frustrations High as Cedarville is Swept by Kentucky Wesleyan

A scrappy Kentucky Wesleyan team took down the Cedarville Lady Jackets in straight sets with scores of 25-23, 25-10 and 25-15. The promise the Jackets showed in the first quickly fell to numerous errors and a lack of intensity. They now move to 14-9, with a record of 6-3 in the G-MAC, keeping them in fourth place.

A Division I NCCAA National Championship is nice, but after achieving that feat last season, the Cedarville men’s basketball team wants more.
The Yellow Jackets surpassed 20 wins for the first time since the 2012-13 season last year. Further, they lost just one key producer in Grant Zawadzki. Zawadzki, though he can’t contribute on the floor, will serve as an assistant coach this year for Cedarville.

Yellow Jackets Finish Preseason With Loss to Dayton

Senior guard Demond Parker implored his team to stay positive after a 93-60 loss to Dayton on Saturday. He told his team in the locker room that they won't face a better team than they faced over the past week, dropping exhibition games to Valparaiso, Ohio State, and now Dayton.
"Our bodies are hurting," Parker said. "After banging against Big 10 and Atlantic 10 teams, we know it was great preparation, but we won't face another team like that for the rest of the year."
