Connor Hunter and Chaney Isley were named the 2014 Homecoming King and Queen during halftime of the women’s soccer game Saturday afternoon.
Hunter is a senior math education major and Isley is an international social science major. Hunter said he wants to teach math to high school students with his degree, and Isley said she wants to work at a non-profit working with immigrants or refugees.
The homecoming court is a group of junior and senior students nominated by their peers based on how the nominees live out Cedarville’s core values. The student body then votes online to select two seniors as homecoming king and queen.
“I think (Connor and Chaney) are great,” said Alexandra Brown, SGA vice president. “They’re both really living out the core values.”
