400 cheering fans filled the stadium on November 15 as Cedarville University women’s volleyball took on Ursuline. The lights dimmed, and the Jackets stepped forward as the starting lineup was called, ready to take on whatever the game brought them.

The women’s volleyball team sweeped Ohio Dominican in three straight sets on Friday night, October 25.
The night was wild with anticipation, with Cedarville’s mascot rallying the large crowd. The competition was dominated by outside hitters Madelyn Hensley and Cassi Shields, with a combined 29 kills. The jackets emphatically won the first two, beating the Panthers 25-21 and 25-15.

The once tightly packed bleachers of just over 1100 fans quickly dissipated as the 3-1 Cedarville loss to the visiting Braves came to a close.
