Cedarville University is making the summer school experience more affordable and enjoyable, said Jewerl Maxwell, associate dean for the Center for Lifelong Learning. The Cedarville men’s basketball team dominated visiting Wilberforce tonight with a barrage of offense and a mix up of defenses. The Yellow Jackets opened the game with a 12-3 run led by Marcus Reineke’s 10 points off three 3-pointers, one of which was an and-one. The Lady Jackets basketball team defeated a scrappy Wilberforce squad at home Jan. 11. The final score was 87-57. The Jackets used a big first half run to take control of the game. With the score standing at 21-16 with seven minutes to go, their charge was fueled by man-to-man defense. The Jackets' defense made second chance points nearly impossible for Wilberforce by grabbing important rebounds.
