Cedarville Falls in Overtime Against Malone

The Cedarville Yellow Jackets (10-10, 5-8 G-MAC) suffered a gut-wrenching loss to Malone on Tuesday night in overtime, 84-82. The loss drops Cedarville to ninth place in the conference, leaving them out of the G-MAC Conference Tournament at this point.
Four players reached double figures in scoring for Cedarville. Those four combined for an 88 percent share in the Yellow Jackets’ scoring.

Cedarville Wipes Out Malone for 10th-Straight Win

Regina Hochstetler scored 26 points and notched 1,000 in her career in a 83-62 win over Malone on Tuesday evening. The junior helped lead the Cedarville Lady Jackets (17-3, 12-2 G-MAC) to a wire-to-wire victory.
“I’m feeling super blessed just to be surrounded by the coaches and teammates that I’m surrounded by at Cedarville,” Hochstetler said of the milestone. “They make it fun and easy and I couldn’t have done it without them.

CU Student Philip White Appears on the Steve Harvey Show

Philip White, a sophomore computer science major, demonstrated his yo-yo tricks two weeks ago on the Steve Harvey Show in Los Angeles. The segment was taped on the 11th of January and was shown on TV last Tuesday afternoon.
“It was not as nerve wracking as you might expect,” White said. “It wasn’t live in front of national TV, but it was still pretty nerve wracking, because you know it was going to be on something.”

Cedarville Defeats OVU for Second Straight G-MAC Win

Cedarville picked up its second straight G-MAC win on Saturday with an 85-74 victory over Ohio Valley.
