Cedarville Loses in Exhibition With Akron

The Cedarville Yellow Jackets battled the Division I Akron Zips in an exhibition on Tuesday night, and the Zips pulled away from Cedarville in the second half to win, 70-50.
While the game will not count against Cedarville's record, the win for Akron gives the Zips one in the win column, as the matchup counted as Akron's season-opener.

Lady Jackets’ Season Ends Against Walsh

The No. 4-seeded Cedarville Lady Jackets (13-18, 11-9 G-MAC) volleyball team suffered a loss to the No. 1-seeded Walsh Cavaliers in the opening round of the G-MAC Tournament on Tuesday night in four sets. The loss ends the Lady Jackets' season, its first with head coach Greg Smith at the helm.
The final tally was 25-21, 25-11, 20-25, and 25-19.

Directed by Bryan Singer, “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a new film starring Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury. The film focuses on the life of Mercury and his position as lead singer of the band Queen.
Overall, “Bohemian Rhapsody” is a well-made biopic that nicely demonstrates the legacy and brilliance of Queen. It’s also a film that feels the need to include as many Queen songs as it possibly can, essentially making the film an extended music video.

Smith grew up in Rochester, Indiana, and had to learn volleyball through an unusual route.
