Sometimes, you just get homesick. After losing two straight road games, the Cedarville Yellow Jackets returned to the comfort of the Callan Athletic Center to pick up an 86-63 win over Tiffin on Thursday night.
With the win, Cedarville remains locked in a three-way tie for second place in a very competitive G-MAC. Three teams occupy the top of the standings with a 6-1 record.

After a long week on the road, the Cedarville Lady Jackets seemed comfortable back at home Thursday evening for a G-MAC matchup against the Tiffin University Dragons. The Jackets handled the Dragons fairly easily, defeating them 87-72. They move to 12-5, 5-3 G-MAC, after the well-rounded victory.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets never trailed in their 70-68 win over Ursuline on Saturday afternoon, but that doesn't mean it wasn't close. Freshman forward Isabelle Bolender scored 20 points, including the game-winning shot with 0.3 seconds left to give the Lady Jackets the win.

In basketball, the only thing that matters is that you outscore your opponent when the clock strikes zero. Though the Cedarville Yellow Jackets (3-4) led for less than five minutes during regulation, they got hot at the right time and overcame Lake Erie 77-69 in overtime on Thursday night.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets extended their winning streak to seven games after a 90-69 handling of Lake Erie on Thursday evening in their G-MAC opener. The Lady Jackets continue to look as threatening as they have in seasons past, and reached a season-high in points in the win.

The Cedarville Yellow Jackets closed the Don Callan Classic with a loss to the No. 22 Indianapolis Greyhounds on Saturday night, falling 94-85. The Yellow Jackets were 0-2 in their hosted invitational due to a loss to regional contender Grand Valley State last night.
