The No. 4 Cedarville Yellow Jackets returned to the G-MAC Tournament after a one-year hiatus and won 81-77 over No. 5 Ohio Dominican on Tuesday night. The Yellow Jackets led for the majority of the game, but didn't clearly have an advantage until the very end against the defending conference tournament champions.
The Yellow Jackets were lethal from deep, sniping 62 percent of their shots from behind the arc. All five starters were in double figures for Cedarville.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets looked to have their hands full after a difficult first quarter against Malone in the opening round of the 2019 G-MAC Tournament. However, a huge second quarter effort gave the Lady Jackets all they needed to pull away from Malone, winning 75-55. Senior Day could not have gone better for the Cedarville Lady Jackets, who took down Ursuline 102-80 in their final home regular season game. The win held immense significance in the G-MAC Tournament, granting Cedarville (20-6, 16-4 G-MAC) a first round home game on March 5. The Cedarville women came into Thursday night’s game with confidence after a monstrous 90-40 win over Tiffin this past weekend. Their electricity carried over from Saturday into the first half, with the Lady Jackets garnering an 11-point lead at halftime.
