A scrappy Kentucky Wesleyan team took down the Cedarville Lady Jackets in straight sets with scores of 25-23, 25-10 and 25-15. The promise the Jackets showed in the first quickly fell to numerous errors and a lack of intensity. They now move to 14-9, with a record of 6-3 in the G-MAC, keeping them in fourth place.

Senior guard Demond Parker implored his team to stay positive after a 93-60 loss to Dayton on Saturday. He told his team in the locker room that they won't face a better team than they faced over the past week, dropping exhibition games to Valparaiso, Ohio State, and now Dayton.
"Our bodies are hurting," Parker said. "After banging against Big 10 and Atlantic 10 teams, we know it was great preparation, but we won't face another team like that for the rest of the year."

The highest anticipated exhibition game in Cedarville history was fun for a bit, but the NCAA Division I No. 16 Ohio State Buckeyes flexed their muscles over the unranked Division II Yellow Jackets, winning 95-52.
