The 2019 Cedarville women’s soccer regular season is winding down, which means the excitement for the postseason tournament is growing. At the time this article was written, the team was 11-5 overall and 10-2 in the G-MAC. They are in second place in the G-MAC, which allows them to host their first tournament game. The Lady Jackets had a dominating performance in their Homecoming game Saturday afternoon when they took down the Alderson Broaddus Battlers 5-0. It was a well-rounded performance from the Jackets with four different players getting on the board. Rachel Wiggins, Aleah Martone and Bex Valloney all got on the score board, as well as freshman Mary Kate Wyer who got her first two collegiate goals on Saturday. Women’s Soccer Beats ODU 1-0 in Dramatic Overtime Victory

The Lady Jackets opened their 2019 G-MAC season with an overtime 1-0 win over current G-MAC leaders Ohio Dominican University. Coming off of a similar 1-0 outcome over West Virginia Wesleyan, the Jackets move to 2-3 on the season with a 1-0 G-MAC record. The Cedarville Lady Jackets knew they were facing a long and difficult battle against No. 2 Grand Valley State on Saturday afternoon. Grand Valley State won the match 5-0 in a hard-fought match.
