On Friday, Nov. 11th, a group of almost 30 Cedarville students had the chance to go on a day trip to learn more about the beloved bard, William Shakespeare. The students were led by English professors Peggy Wilfong and Scott Calhoun. For the first time in school history, the Cedarville Yellow Jacket volleyball team made an appearance in the NCAA Division II National Tournament. Cedarville won the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) tournament to secure their bid in the national tournament. The Cedarville Lady Jackets had their four-game winning streak snapped in a 58-39 loss to the Indianapolis Greyhounds on Saturday afternoon at home.
