The 2021-2022 season came to a close Friday afternoon for No. 6 seeded Cedarville men’s basketball with a 68-61 loss to No. 3 Hillsdale in the first round of the NCAA Division II tournament.
The Midwest regional matchup featured two conference rivals who were meeting for the fourth time this season, with the Jackets emerging victorious in the most recent contest 68-66 to stun the Chargers in the G-MAC conference tournament last Friday night.

Yellow Jackets Surge Past Ohio Dominican on Senior Day

The Cedarville men’s basketball team used a late push to escape with a 70-64 victory over Ohio Dominican on Saturday afternoon. The game marked the final home contest of the season for the Jackets as seniors Conner TenHove, Quinton Green, Branden Maughmer, Isaiah Speelman, and Kollin Van Horn were honored before tip-off.

The 2020-2021 season was a difficult yet successful year for the Cedarville men’s basketball team.
After finishing with a 10-8 regular season record, the Yellow Jackets entered last season’s Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) tournament as the No. 6 seed and notched key victories over Kentucky Wesleyan and Findlay before ultimately falling just short to Malone in the G-MAC tournament championship.

Cedarville Alumna Grace Norman Takes Silver in Paralympic Triathalon

Grace Norman made history in 2016 as the first female Paralympic gold medalist in the triathlon. Yesterday, the 23-year-old became a three-time Paralympic medalist when she took silver in the triathlon with a time of 1:05:27.

For the third time in three seasons, Cedarville men's basketball is scheduled to go up against Division I University of Dayton Flyers in an exhibition game. The game is scheduled for Nov. 1 at UD Arena with tipoff at 7 p.m.
