Poor Shooting Leads to Cedarville Loss
The Cedarville Lady Jackets had their four-game winning streak snapped in a 58-39 loss to the Indianapolis Greyhounds on Saturday afternoon at home. The Lady Jackets shot just 22 percent from the floor, and struggled behind the arc, making just four of their 22 three point attempts.
Other than junior guard Regina Hochstetler, the Lady Jackets’ usual scorers failed to hit their usual mark. Hochstetler led the Lady Jackets in scoring with 17 points.

Jackets Ahead of Schedule
Coach Pat Estepp said he believes his men’s basketball team is further ahead in preseason than usual. He said there are two factors that contributed to the team’s preparation. The first was a successful team trip to Italy and the other was team bonding over the summer.

Two Cedarville students with hearts for Haiti went to minister to the disaster-ridden island after a massive hurricane recently struck the region.

Singing Servants
One of the things that makes Cedarville University unique from other schools is its resident a capella group, The Inversions. This school year the group celebrates its fifth anniversary of making music.
The founder of the group was 2014 graduate Jeremy Wit, who came to Cedarville as a music education major.
