The Cedarville Yellow Jackets surrendered their first half lead to the No. 14 Findlay Oilers and never got it back, losing 81-68 on Thursday night. The Yellow Jackets' loss is a huge blow to their hopes of hosting the conference tournament, as they fall two games out of first place.

Second Half Surge Springs Cedarville to Win

A destructive opening to the second half allowed Cedarville to blow by Alderson Broaddus on Thursday night, giving the Yellow Jackets a 72-56 win. Thursday night's G-MAC games pitted six teams within two games in the standings against each other, and the Yellow Jackets were beneficiaries of movement within the conference.
Cedarville (9-8, 6-3 G-MAC) is now locked in a four-way tie for third in the conference and ends its two-game skid with the dub.

Yellow Jackets’ Youth Leads Way Against Trevecca

The Cedarville Yellow Jackets (4-4, 2-1 G-MAC) poured it on the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans on Thursday night, winning in a 94-64 blowout. Five players reached double figures for the Yellow Jackets in a complete dismantling of the Trojans.
Cedarville's leading scorer was freshman forward Isaiah Speelman. Speelman scored 20 points and was dynamic, shooting 4-6 from behind the arc.
