Following an impressive semifinal win over No. 2 Findlay Friday night, the No. 6 Cedarville Yellow Jackets’ season ended with a disappointing 77-59 loss to Malone in the 2020-2021 G-MAC championship.

The No. 6 Cedarville Yellow Jackets’ used a strong offensive outing and a couple key defensive stops to defeat No. 2 Findlay 76-73 in a hard-fought semifinal. The victory punches Cedarville’s ticket to the 2020-2021 G-MAC men’s championship, which will be the team's first appearance in the title game since 2013.

A seven-man Ohio Valley (0-9) squad was unable to contest with a sharp Cedarville (8-2) side Wednesday night as the Jackets snagged their sixth win and third sweep in a row over the Fighting Scots. The Cedarville Yellow Jackets (10-8) lost on the road 74-54 to NABC Division II No. 9 Hillsdale (19-1) on Saturday afternoon in the final regular season game of the year. The preseason is underway for Cedarville men’s basketball, and with the new season comes new faces. Among those joining the Yellow Jackets this year is junior transfer Brandon Redendo.
