Jackets Volleyball Three-Peats as Conference Champions
The Cedarville women's volleyball team won their third consecutive G-MAC Championship on Saturday afternoon with a victory over Ohio Valley University. There was a lot of energy in the Callan Athletic Center as the teams and fans, alike, knew the title was on the line.
“Ohio Valley brought a whole bus load of students, and so obviously the big advantage for us is playing at home,” Coach Doug Walters said. “We play in front of the best crowds here at home."

Jackets Hold Off Panthers in Season Opener
1,375 pajama-clad fans packed into the Callan Athletic Center Friday night to watch the Cedarville men’s basketball team win its home opener against Ohio Dominican in a close game, 90-86.
Due to the G-MAC volleyball tournament, the game tipped off at 11:00 p.m. and head coach Pat Estepp made it a pajama night. The fans were on their feet for most of the game, only sitting down during timeouts.
Estepp said the crowd had a big part in the win.

Lady Jackets Sweep Panthers, Advance to Championship Game
Cedarville’s volleyball team won the G-MAC semifinal match on Friday night, defeating Kentucky Wesleyan in straight sets. This marks the third time this season that the Jackets have defeated the Panthers.
Cedarville opened the match with a lot of energy. The Jackets never trailed in either of the first two sets, winning them 25-20 and 25-21.

Cedarville A Cappella Group Will Perform Concert in the Opera House
The Inversions will perform their fall concert Saturday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cedarville Opera House.
The Inversions, Cedarville’s first and only a cappella group, began in October 2011.
Junior Robert Rhodes has been involved with The Inversions since his freshman year. Rhodes is the group’s PR director, part of the musical arrangement committee and a singer in the group.

Maddox won the annual Gridiron Classic against Printy on Nov. 8. They ended the game of flag football with 22 points, narrowly beating Printy, who scored 20 points.

HeartSong, OneVoice and Jubilate will lead the Cedarville community in worship from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in the DMC Chapel for an Afternoon of Praise. This free event is an annual encounter anticipated around Parents and Grandparents Weekend.

The Cedarville men’s soccer team earned a trip to their third consecutive G-MAC championship game Thursday night, defeating second-seeded Alderson Broaddus 5-1 in the conference tournament semifinal. The final will be at home, this Saturday, Nov. 8 at noon.
