Cedarville lost to Walsh Thursday evening 78-73 in a game that went down to the wire. The game went back and forth in the final minutes until Walsh scored a basket and got fouled.   Cedarville lost their season opener at home to Truman State Friday night by a score of 82-70. JC Faubion lead the Jackets with 20 points and five rebounds. Easton Bazzoli added 15 points and six rebounds and Robert Okoro had 13 points and five rebounds. Cedarville Wins 5th Straight

The Jackets matched their season-high with a five-game winning streak, defeating the Wilberforce Bulldogs 94-73 on Saturday night. Junior J.C. Faubion led the way, tying a career-high with 35 points on 75 percent shooting and five assists. Despite an impressive performance by freshman forward Kwenton Scott, the Yellow Jackets opened up the season with an 88-71 loss to the visiting Lewis University Flyers.
