Lady Jackets Youth Lead the Way in 78-52 Win Over Ohio Valley

Chapman Leads Lady Jackets to Big Win Over Tiffin

After a long week on the road, the Cedarville Lady Jackets seemed comfortable back at home Thursday evening for a G-MAC matchup against the Tiffin University Dragons. The Jackets handled the Dragons fairly easily, defeating them 87-72. They move to 12-5, 5-3 G-MAC, after the well-rounded victory.

Campus Christmas is one of Cedarville’s most beloved events and was held just this past weekend. The event included showings of Home Alone in DeVries theatre, but if that wasn’t your thing, there were several other activities for you to participate in like, mini-golf, decorating cookies, and making ornaments. If you stopped by Chuck’s there was live music, karaoke, breakfast at midnight, and of course, train rides.

On Tuesday, December 3rd, Cedarville University held its first-ever tree lighting to kick-off the start of Campus Christmas activities. The tree was over thirty feet tall and the event included singing by the Inversions and a reading of the Christmas story.

Lady Jackets Snag a Well-Rounded Win Over Salem

The Cedarville Lady Jackets move to 4-1 on the season after a solid 81-59 victory over the Salem University Tigers. Coming off of a big road victory over the University of Indianapolis, the Jackets looked comfortable at home in the non-conference matchup.
Salem came into Wednesday’s game averaging 92.3 points per game, compared to Cedarville’s 74. Despite showing impressive numbers, they now have a record of 1-4 after being dominated by the Jackets.

Noah Ayers hopes to impact others with his music

Noah Ayers loved music even before he was born.
As an unborn baby, Ayers would kick in rhythm with the drumbeats in the music at his family’s church. After he was born, Ayers said he wouldn’t fall asleep until his parents played rock music for him.

The 2019 Gridiron Classic took place on Nov. 8. The event saw female dorms Printy and Maddox compete, as well as male dorms Lawlor and the Hill. Printy won 7-0 to win after dropping the game to Maddox last season. Lawlor won 17-0 in a dominating performance by the Lawlor defense for its fourth straight win in the series.
