Walk-off win makes winner of Jackets, Schleinitz

by Jacob Bentley The Cedarville baseball team split a doubleheader at home April 5 with Oakland City, winning the opener 6-5 on Logan Eby’s one-out walk-off double that scored Elijah Sanchez in the 12th inning. The Oaks scored twice in their final at-bat to win the second game 4-3. Sophomore Noah Schleinitz pitched the final 2 1/3 innings and struck out four to earn the win in the first game.
