The Cedarville women’s soccer team won their conference opener 2-0 against Findlay on Wednesday night.
Maddie McConnell took the lead for the Lady Jackets off an assist from Megan McClish, and just moments into the 2nd half senior Maya Ryder earned an insurance goal.
Brooke Ackley held firm in the goal and recorded her third clean sheet of the young season.
Cedarville has spent time in the national rankings this season, and will seek to work their way back into the rankings after falling out
The Lady Jackets improved to 4-1-0 on the year, and will travel to Northwood this weekend in an efort to start a winning streak in G-MAC play.
