November is typically marked by the vast quantities of food that people eat and the time they spend with family as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, but what many people might not know is that the month has significance for another reason: November is National Diabetes Month. For pharmacy grad student Kara Bobka, the month's emphasis is part of a much bigger effort that spans the entire school year. Purity and Redemption

Purity: the word may make you squirm. Physical purity, modesty and the like are emphasized at a young age, perhaps more so for tween and teen girls than for boys. But in a Christian community such as Cedarville University, the purity conversations must not be avoided, said Tara Winter, org adviser for Sanctify Ministries. “The purity conversation you had when you were 12 or 13 looks a lot different when you are 19 or 20,” said Winter, the licensure, testing and accreditation coordinator ...

Murdoch said his family has supported him and encouraged him throughout his lengthy career. He and his wife Ruth have enjoyed 57 years of marriage and have two sons, Jim and Mark, who attended Cedarville. The couple also has ...

Carly Gregory, a senior athletic training major and president of ATSO, said the primary goal of Friday's event is to raise money to supply sling bags for an athletic trainer in the Middle East. “In a typical sling bag you’d have tape and scissors, and just your general first aid supplies,” Gregory said. Fresh out of basketball practice, she comes across as gregarious and warm-hearted, towering over the student employee who hands over a burger and fries. From highschool to Division II McQueen said life at Cedarville University is a change from Gardner-Webb Univers...

Cedarville Makes Changes to Campus, Names Faculty to New Positions

So long, Cedar Spray. You no longer have to fear the deadly – or seemingly deadly – Cedar Spray. Grounds crews moved one of the two fountains this summer further into the lake and further from the usual course of the wind’s blow. This means you can look nice for that job interview or presentation and not bring the smell of Cedar Lake with you. Hooray! Bye-bye dorm vacuums. If you’re prone to eating crackers in bed, leaving a trail of crumbs or bringing mud in on your shoes, you ...
