Lady Jackets Fall in Martin’s Last Home Game
Cedarville was unable to get into an offensive rhythm Saturday night, trailing the entire time in a 73-62 loss to Ursuline in head coach Kirk Martin’s last regular-season home game.
In the third quarter, the Jackets tied the score at 45 with a Kaitlyn Holm 3-pointer. That was the closest they got.

CU Thinks Pink, Beats Ohio Valley
The Lady Jackets defeated Ohio Valley Saturday afternoon, 62-48, and wore pink uniforms to support breast cancer awareness.
It was a struggle early on for both teams offensively. It took nearly four minutes for the Jackets to score the first basket of the game. The Jackets were only up 11-4 after the end of the first quarter.

Lady Jackets Earn 800th Win
The Cedarville women's basketball team earned the 800th win in team history Thursday night, defeating Salem International by a score of 78-49.
“It’s a compliment to coach June Kearney and Maryalyce Jeremiah and all the way down through it,” said Cedarville head coach Kirk Martin. “800’s a lot, and everybody’s who’s been a part of it has contributed to it and it’s a great program.”

Lady Jackets Win 5th Straight Game
The Lady Jackets were sharp once again, winning their fifth straight game Thursday night, Jan. 14, at home against non-conference opponent Wilberforce, 79-39.
The Jackets played well and doubled up the visitors at halftime, 42-21. Senior Kaysie Brittenham, who had 10 points and three steals in the game, finished a nice lefty layup in traffic just before the buzzer sounded.

Special Season Continues: Cedarville Makes History, Division II Tournament
On Sunday, Cedarville’s women’s basketball team received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division II tournament for the first time in the school’s history.
Head coach Kirk Martin said he was pleased with how the season has played out.
“It’s just been a real enjoyable season, and it’s one that you look back upon,” he said, “and there are just special seasons that fall that way for reasons that you can’t figure out, and this is certainly one of them.”

Senior Leads Lady Jackets to Final Regular Season Win
In her last regular season home game, senior guard Raegan Ryan led the 22nd-ranked Cedarville women's basketball team against Ursuline in a 71-58 win.
Ryan scored 25 points, including 10 in the first half, where she also grabbed six rebounds. The two teams played a close first half, with Cedarville leading the Arrows after 20 minutes of play, 27-21. The Jackets shot 30 percent from the field.

Lady Jackets Cruise Past Winless Tigers
For the first time in program history, a nationally ranked Cedarville women’s basketball team hosted a home game. Placed 25th in the USA Today Division II women’s poll, the Jackets handily defeated Salem International University, 71-49.
Cedarville leapt out to a 13-2 lead in the first five minutes and never looked back. The Tigers, winless on the season, only had one player on the bench, and trailed, 34-17, at the half.
