The Cedarville Yellow Jackets had their six-game winning streak snapped Saturday against Alderson Broaddus. The Battlers defeated the Jackets 71-61.
The Battlers took advantage of the Jackets’ cold start to the game and did not look back. Cedarville (11-12, 3-5 G-MAC) had four turnovers in their first 11 possessions, which lead to a 10-0 lead for the Battlers.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets extended their winning streak to five games with a 68-51 win over Alderson Broaddus on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Jackets won in front of a large crowd that was boosted by visitors for Alumni Night and Lil’ Sibs Weekend.

Cedarville defeated Davis & Elkins Thursday night 72-70 on a game-winning shot by J.C. Faubion.
Faubion made a midrange jump shot with 5.5 seconds left to break the tie with the Senators. Davis & Elkins got one more shot off before the final buzzer, but missed it.

The Cedarville Lady Jackets picked up a pivotal conference win over the Davis & Elkins Senators on Thursday evening, 80-73. Four Cedarville starters scored in double figures, including two with at least 20 points.
